These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdt65 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply to the bdt65.cam website and all associated services.

3.1 Registration Process

To register at bdt65, you must provide accurate and complete information. bdt65 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false, incomplete or misleading information is provided. Each individual may open only one account.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing any third party to use or access your account is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Duplicate Accounts

Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. bdt65 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or system abuse.
• If the rules are violated.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• If there are indications of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bdt65 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The same minimum deposit limit applies to all payment methods. We accept deposits via the following methods:

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. In case of a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 10-45 minutes to process. Withdrawal requests are typically sent back via the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

bdt65 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. All bonuses, rewards and winnings will be displayed and settled in Taka.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

To withdraw bonus funds, the combined amount of the bonus and deposit must be wagered 25 times (25x). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own expiry, wagering requirements and game restrictions.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
• bdt65 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
• Transferring funds between accounts using a bonus balance is prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdt65 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Members may be promoted to a higher tier based on active gaming activity. bdt65's decision is final on all matters related to VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt65 platform:

• Fraud, manipulation or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Accessing or hacking another member's account.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activity.
• Bonus abuse — such as arbitrage or commission strategies.
• Misconduct, threats or harassment toward other players or staff.
• Operating an account using a false identity or information.
• Running multiple accounts from the same household or network for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits.

7.1 Validity of Gaming Results

All game results on bdt65 are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. Game results are impartial and not controlled by any party.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error results in an incorrect payout or game result, bdt65 reserves the right to correct that error. Any amount paid out in error may be reclaimed.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact our customer service first. The time limit for raising a dispute is within 30 days of the relevant incident. bdt65's decision will be considered final in resolving disputes.

12.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered final and authoritative. In case of any conflict, bdt65's interpretation will prevail.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will remain in full force. The invalid clause will be applied to the maximum enforceable extent.

12.3 No Waiver

Failure by bdt65 to enforce any term on a given occasion will not be regarded as a permanent waiver of that term.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between bdt65 and the member, and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
